Work - in - Denmark

What ?                                           Who                                        Why ?

Work-in-Denmark brings people together across the borders creating hereby better opportunities for all.

Work-in-Denmark has its base in Denmark but is also at home in Poland, where contacts have been established with several technical universities.

Work-in-Denmark matches highly qualified Polish jobseekers with Danish companies.

Work-in-Denmarks founder Ewa Martens holds M.A. in Polish and Danish from the University of Copenhagen and M.Sc. in Information Systems and Technology from City University, London.

She has Polish – Danish background and many years of international working experience.

Work-in-Denmark uses English, Danish and Polish as  working languages, minimizing communication problems and avoiding misunderstandings.

Work-in-Denmark is familiar with both Danish and Polish work cultures and therefore creates the right connections leading to successful engagements.

Work-in-Denmark cooperates with  leading global companies, as well as small local industries. They face the same problem - shortage of qualified workforce. Poland, on the other hand, still has overcapacity of highly qualified new graduates as well as experienced engineers looking for challenging jobs in an international environment.
